SOME OF THE EFFECTS OF HAVING A BAD ASLEEP: A DIFFERENT VIEW
The effects or consequences of sleeping differ from person to person through the whole life. Because of good sleeping, people can maintain the brain function appropriately. Besides, through sleeping, people coordinate their bodies healthy.
Sleeping well maintain a healthy balance in the hormones, and insulin. Indeed, sleeping involves more than that. Sleeping deficiency can create another context like increasing the risk of chronic health problems such as heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke.
Studies in sleeping shows that sleeping well and deficiency can provoke different paths in the brain. Then, someone sleeps well when this occurs according to hours per night about seven to eight. But, if someone sleeps deficiency every night, that situation would create troubles through the body, everywhere. In general, those troubles link to sleep deficiency are such as mood swings, feel sad or depressed, suicide, obesity, lack of motivation, and problems in making decisions. Also, ongoing sleeping deficiency is awful in childhood and teenager because of their growing and development.
Others studies explain that is something else about sleeping called microsleep. Microsleeps refer to brief moments of sleep that happen when someone is awake. This is not easy to be aware of it. For example, you can be reading a lecture while you feel that you don’t understand a specific point of the lecture. In fact, this is an example of microsleep.
Those studies related to sleep are pretty important to us, as human beings. We can understand better our bodies in order to avoid diseases as physical as mental in the future.
