[EN] Hello dear community. You haven't heard from me for a long time.
I've been taking pictures since May and I have to say it's a lot of fun.
Very quickly I realize that I reach my limits with the Sony SELP1650 kit lens. I wanted new lenses, more possibilities and above all qualities.

Unfortunately, the new lenses are priceless. Now I've heard about old lenses that can be adapted and so far I've been able to get a few. Either by import or at the flea market.

Now I would like to show you my spoils. I start with the giant Vivitar Series 1, which weighs a whole kilo or 2.2 lbs.

The specifications:

Focal length: 70 - 210 mm.
Aperture: f3.5 - 22
Function: Zoom and macro.
Weight: 1 kg / 2.2 lbs.
Interesting: A button to move into macro mode.

History:
Vivitar was founded in Hollywood in 1938.
At that time they were called "Ponder & Best".
From 1945 to 1963, the co-operation with the Rollei company led to the loss of their rights to Rollei and the founding of the Vivitar company.
The production of this lens started from 1970 to 1980 and was very popular.

I imported this piece of jewellery from Great Britain for 40$.

Ich fotografiere seit Mai und ich muss sagen, es macht viel Spaß.
Sehr schnell merke ich, dass ich mit dem Sony SELP1650 Kit an meine Grenzen stoße. Ich wollte neue Linsen, mehr Möglichkeiten und vor allem Qualitäten.

Leider sind die neuen Objektive unbezahlbar. Jetzt habe ich von alten Objektiven gehört, die adaptiert werden können, und bis jetzt konnte ich ein paar davon bekommen. Entweder durch Import oder auf dem Flohmarkt.

Jetzt möchte ich Ihnen meine Beute zeigen. Ich beginne mit der riesigen Vivitar Serie 1, die ein ganzes Kilo wiegt.

Funktion: Zoom und Makro.

Interessant: Eine Taste um in den Makro-Modus zu wechseln.

Geschichte:
Vivitar wurde 1938 in Hollywood gegründet.
Damals hießen sie "Ponder & Best".
Von 1945 bis 1963 hatten sie eine Kooperation mit Rollei, wiederum verloren sie ihrer Rechte an Rollei. Danach gründeten Sie die Firma neu und nannten es schließlich "Vivitar".
