Expercoin - Incubated at the Harvard Innovation Lab, Expercoin aims to develop research projects in the world. The largest decentralized network of markets to drive learning and create jobs. Expercoin offers a protocol platform and front-end applications that allow users to create autonomous, highly flexible organizations known as Republics.

Experfy, in view of the growing demand for its platform, aims to exponentially expand the scope of its business vision. However, instead of adding new specializations to its existing platform, Experfy intends to decentralize its technology platform through and through Expercoin, Inc. in order to make it possible for everyone to create their own community in the marketplace instantly.

Each Republic should have a charter to promote learning and generate jobs of interest to the digital economy. In this sense, there may be a "Republic of Intelligent Manufacturing", "Republic of Nanotechnology", "Republic of Block Chain in Finance", "Republic of Augmented Reality", "Republic of Cloud Computing" among many others.

The problems

There are three interrelated problems that present cracks in the traditional education-employment system.

High levels of unemployment and underemployment: According to McKinsey, in countries around the world, 30-45% of the working-age population is unemployed, inactive in the labour force or working only part-time. In the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, India, Brazil, China and the United Kingdom, this figure is 850 million.

The lack of people with critical work skills: Interestingly, there is a growing lack of critical skills at the same time. According to a survey conducted in nine countries, only 43 per cent of employers agreed that they could recruit a sufficient number of skilled entry-level workers.

Changing the nature of work requires continuous skills upgrading: As technologies such as AI advance, entire occupations and industries are becoming alarmingly fast, and the pace of skills required to keep pace with almost any job is accelerating.

Solution:

In order to foster an open, decentralized and highly scalable ecosystem, Experfy believes that a variety of new products, services and systems need to be developed. However, building a whole decentralized system is a complex process, and the transition to it must be made in a responsible manner over time. We believe that our Ecosystem will develop a new protocol that will allow individuals and organizations to create and market new markets for different areas of expertise.

The vision is that anyone who intends to make an impact in a particular area of specialisation must be able to benefit from a robust set of technologies and embark on a decentralised platform to reinvent education and training for that specialisation.
