I'm not going to give you a course in biology. This is not the object because you will study it, if you want it out of curiosity, in the Internet pages. You will find hundreds of thousands of pages on the subject. And science bookstores abound on their shelves.
My role and mission is to show you how and why to move and navigate these stem cells throughout your body to stop aging or at least slow down aging.
Take fibroblasts as an example. They are under the skin of which they are constituents. And they are in contact with the striated muscles.
When you do physical exercises (or physiological, which is my concern) you automatically activate a movement back and forth, an activation, which will move some of these cells and migrate to deeper proximal regions. This through the vessels and fascias, which are the places of passages partitioned between the organs.

In this way, you will eliminate at the same time the senescent cells or dead cells whose organism has a hard time getting rid of and which constitute the wrinkles (of expression or old age, as you will call them).
We have just discovered that these fibroblasts could be not only pluripotent and multipotent but also totipotent cells; which is going to make an immense enrichment next to the pharmaceutical laboratories.
So, without waiting for the labs, start doing the recommended exercises regularly. From one minute to five minutes or ten minutes; according to your wishes of the moment and your physical state. Either when you wake up or leave your screen immediately or in a moment. Go ahead, do it, for your greater good.
And start every day because your body and all its cells are waiting for you.
