A DIFFERENT WAY TO CONSUME MANGOS
Hello friends, receive a warm greeting.
In my city we are in the time of MANGOS and we all enjoy this delicious and nutritious fruit, we like both children and adults. Today I will share a super easy recipe for how to make a mango JAM.
You will need to:
- 7 mangoes (not very green or very ripe)
- 1 and 1/2 cup of sugar.
You can double the ingredients to get more.
First, boil the whole mangoes with a small amount of water until they are soft. (When the shell opens, they are ready)

Peel the mangoes and with the help of a spoon extract the pulp.

Strain the pulp and place it in a pot with the sugar.

Cook over medium heat, turning with a wooden spoon or spoon until obtaining the desired consistency.

Serve in a cup

Now ready the MANGO JAM, you can enjoy it alone, with bread, cookies or to fill cakes.
