Dear Customer,
Our hearts are with everyone impacted by the hurricane, and Wells Fargo is doing everything we can to support recovery efforts.
We know this can be a stressful time financially, so we are committing to give affected customers additional support. Here are the ways we’re proactively helping customers in FEMA-declared areas (for customers impacted by the hurricane outside these areas, please contact us):
For Wells Fargo Retail Banking customers:
Reversing certain fees — such as late fees — for our lending products, including credit cards, auto loans, personal loans, and lines of credit.
Waiving Wells Fargo fees for customers using non-Wells Fargo ATMs.
For Credit Card customers, providing payment relief and suppressing any negative credit bureau reporting for 90 days.
Deploying Disaster Recovery Vehicles with mobile ATMs.
For Wells Fargo Auto Loan customers:
Providing payment relief for 90 days.
Suppressing any negative credit bureau reporting for Wells Fargo Dealer Services customers for 90 days.
For those who may have damaged or total loss vehicles, please call us after you have filed a claim with your insurance company. We may have options available for assisting in the filing of a Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) claim (if applicable) or with any remaining balance on your loan after your claim has been settled.
For Wells Fargo Mortgage and Home Equity customers:
Providing payment relief for 90 days.
Waiving late charges for 90 days.
Suppressing any negative credit bureau reporting for up to 90 days
Deploying a mobile response unit with our disaster specialists for customers faced with payment challenges to explore the options available to them. For Wells Fargo Retail Small Business customers, for 90 days:
For all credit products, waiving late fees.
For all credit products, accounts will not go into delinquency if payments are not made, and for customers already not current on their payments, accounts will not age further in delinquency. Collections activity will be suspended.
Offering payment deferment options for customers with any of the following: Commercial Loan, Wells Fargo BusinessLoan® Term loan, Business PrimeLoan, Equipment Express® Loan, Commercial Equity Line of Credit, Commercial Real Estate Loan, FastFlex® Small Business Loan, or FastFlex® Small Business Line of Credit.
For those outside FEMA-declared areas, please call the National Business Banking Center number below, as similar accommodations may be available for hurricane-related claims.

Wells Fargo Mobile Response Unit
Wells Fargo is committed to helping in recovery efforts.
Wells Fargo is donating $1 million to aid in recovery and relief efforts over the coming days and weeks. $500,000 will go to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund, and an additional $500,000 will go to local nonprofits in Texas.
As of September 7, our customers have donated over $1.5 million to the Red Cross through our ATMs.

You can also access your money and accounts anytime with the Wells Fargo Mobile® App. Check balances, transfer funds, deposit checks, get cash at the ATM, and more — all from your phone.
If you’d like to help those who are affected:
To contribute to Red Cross’ relief efforts, you may donate at Wells Fargo ATMs nationwide. There is no fee for using this service, and 100% of the donations will be sent to the American Red Cross.
