President of Venezuela Nicholas Maduro ordered the oil company PDVSA, petrochemical Petroquimica de Venezuela (Pequiven) and the corporation CVG, which is engaged in the development of minerals, to make part of the sale and purchase transactions using the national Venezuelan crypto currency El Petro (petro).
"From now on PDVSA, Pequiven and CVG companies have to carry out transactions for purchases and sales through petro," - quotes Maduro Radio National De Venezuela.
