People sell the collected mushrooms in fresh form, they are sold in dried form, in the form of conservation, and in different ways. It's in its own juice and pickled mushrooms. Sell collected berries. The main thing is to know what exactly you are selling. At the expense of elderberry, I have never seen the sale of fresh elderberries. But, the inflorescences of this plant, in a dried form people sell. Herbs are not cheap. they lose a lot of weight in drying. The weight is not profitable to sell. And I doubt that, in addition to pharmaceutical companies, someone will buy for weight. You need to shuffle in small bags, make tags, describe what herbs are in the package. Then, in the market you can sell.
