TIME PASS COOKING - Fried Eggplant

As a new user posting on this steemit is Really !!! Hard work . Dont know I'm the only feeling this or other's too.

Whole day goin to pass and really dont understand what should i post here.then i decided to Why not post my cooking Skills.. so today i tried to cook eggplant ...IMG_20171226_211050.jpg
i know its lookin weird but only this thing found in kitchen ..

Ingredients: Eggplant,Onion,Green Chilli,Ginger Garlic Paste,Cumin seeds,Cinnamion,Cloves,Bay Leaf,Green Coriander ,Veg Oil, Salt, Turmeric powder and Lilbit Red chili powder.

I know Its not lookin good but Belive me Taste is better
