The problem is the people not the government. I feared Charter Change through constituent assembly will just favor the political dynasties in the country. A federal state with a political dynasty sounds great :)
The people can also affect on where the country is heading to. But I am so against with political dynasty although it has positive effect such as continuation of the legacy of the previous administration.
