But you do not need to concentrate on accurate counting of repetitions and keep order. Massage, touching the body of the child and observing his reaction is the best opportunity to get to know each other. The child will tell you what he likes, what he does not like, what kind of movement is nice and what is too strong for him.

Step by step

Take the baby and remove the diaper from it. Then brush your hands with olive oil and heat them.

Water wheel

Place warm hands across the baby’s belly (one above the other) and slowly move them alternately from top to bottom. Repeat this movement 6 times (3 times with each hand).

Legs for belly

Bent baby legs, press lightly to the tummy and hold for about six seconds. If the legs are tense and create resistance, do not press them with force, just put warm hands on your baby and gently press it against the tummy.

Gently grab your baby's legs or body and shake your legs slightly.

Moon and sun

On one side of the tummy, you draw the moon (semi-circle) clockwise. On the other hand, you draw the sun (full circle), also clockwise. After performing these movements, do not take your hands off the baby’s belly. Repeat all movements 6 times.

After the massage, put on a diaper and clothes. Now you can gently put the baby

on the stomach. Often, it helps to naturally get rid of the gases that have accumulated in the intestines. You can put a toy in front of your baby - if he lifts his head and tries to catch it, he will launch an “abdominals”, which will help push out the gases from the tummy.
