RE: Steemit, I'm back! & Why I've been absent for so long

in #ecotrain7 years ago

Been going through similar issues, in addition to some life issues NOT under my control which have forced me to decrease my level of interaction. The good thing is that if you take some time off, and then come back, you appreciate this platform even more - especiallky in light of what's going on with Facebook and traditional platforms. It's okay to let ourself "fall off the Steemit wagon" for a few days, weeks, months, etc. We can hibernate in our cacoons, engage in some "real world" growth and then come back to the platform fresh. Then there is also the possibility of tuning your efforts down to simply reading a few posts per day, curating, and commenting. The platform is flexible. I agree, though, that the community here is what keeps most of us coming back in the long term... Good luck...

Agreeing to that hibernation, we need to look after ourselves sometimes.

Sometimes? All the time I would suggest, for otherwise our cup is not full and we cannot give to others as we might wish..

Thanks a lot! Makes me feel better to know other people are experiencing similar stuff as I do. And these resonant comments have always meant a lot to me! ❤ Happy steeming to you! 🙏
