well done for doing what you did..its really better twice a week than none..
Also,.. i think it is SO, SO SO important to remember that you are witnessing yourself and your thoughts.. were not trying to stop our thoughts, we are just trying to witness them and put them aside. It is part of the process. and as long as we remember that we wont want to give up!
also, i should mention that i do 40 minutes of chanting before the meditation.. and that really goes a long way to helping me with it.. the 15 minutes seems quite short after 45! ;_)
Yeah I wasn't trying to stop them but at times witnessing them makes you feel more stressed. Yeah I have read on the importance of chanting and I think it does work really well in increasing your focus. The chanting challenge that you plan to do in the next week will maybe help me out more.
