A major war allows the global elite to take even bigger steps to seize control over the people.
Yes, huge money to be made from rebuilding structures after the war. Killing the poor people is part of the profit from war damage.
Thanks @diabolika. The desire for power and wealth and complete lack of empathy for others is so prevalent in those at the tops of chains in both the government and private sector.
