A Nice Day Out - Visiting The Café - Aberystwyth
Hi! 😊
I recently visited Aberystwyth again for a short holiday, after my initial visit I posted about here.
This is the what3words for the café: ///romantics.airfields.oatmeal
What a lovely town!!!
After an hour or so of wondering around this beautiful town, I decided to go to the Tesco to eat at their café, I always forget that they have cafe's at Tesco's! It was a short visit, so we really just shopped/browsed a bit, ate at the café, and left!
I ordered a caramelised pumpkin spiced latte (decaf) which came with whipped cream and cinnamon on top- wow! I love when coffees like this are presented like this, they look so appetising and cosy! This cup of coffee was also quite big, I felt like it could've served 2 people, I wasn't able to finish it unfortunately as I was too full at that point.
I enjoyed this drink so much, autumn/fall is my absolute favourite season, so as soon as it hits September 1st I'm READY to go with the autumnal drinks! It's the best weather (very rainy, nice and cold) for a tasty hot drink. I need it to be Halloween already, I'm ready to get festive with the pumpkin spiced themed drinks. 🎃
The food I was (and still am) the most excited about was THIS, an 🥰Italian deli bagel🥰. Oh. My. GOSH. This was so good. I already want it again haha.
The bagel wasn't really toasted (I usually toast mine) but I enjoyed it regardless. It had pickles/gherkins (I'm a pickle fiend. I love pickles), spinach(?), cheese, chorizo and mustard. It was so good! Had to take a mid bite picture, lol.
I also took a picture of the menu outside, it doesn't have the drinks written on it for some reason, but it's still a lengthy menu!
The inside of this Tesco was HUGE.
Really beautiful sky at the very top of the multistorey car park area! This Tesco had 3 floors, so I accidentally got to the highest floor when I was meaning to go somewhere else lol, I'm glad I did though before it had a really peaceful vibe to it.
This town clock was really impressive too, it's where the train station is located.
There were so many pigeons crowded near this bus stop area, they looked really sweet and silly, I love pigeons. :)
I really enjoyed my time here, and I had a nice meal at that café! I'm hoping to go back and visit at some point again- specifically for that Italian deli bagel lol.
The drink I had was around £2.50 (I think) which is roughly 15 STEEM.
My (delicious) bagel was £4.50 which is around 27 STEEM.
All together it cost £7, which is around 42 STEEM.
