My friend used this in a drug charge against him, due to his belief that cannabis is not a drug and the fact that he was a living being under God only. Unfortunately, it did not work for him as his family became a pariah within the community. I support this type of movement but trying to deal with the law with just documents alone will not work. It is like trying to play a game against the developer of he game that is able to control the rules as they play. It was a lost battle for my friend as he ended up in jail for 7-8 months with a 2 year house arrest. I believe the judge even punished him harder for trying to use this in court. Just be careful!!
Well that is the whole thing about it. First, The common Freemen will go to court and disrespect the judge in the manner in which the Freemen usually acts. I'm not in violation of any crimes. Marijuana is legal recreational, I am a licensed insured driver, and do not break the law aside from occasionally not having my licence in possession.
