The Wizard and the Hopping Pot: Part 3
The Wizard and the Hopping Pot: Part 3
I think the moral of this story is to help people because you want to, not because you have to. The evil son didn’t want to help other people. He had all the power to help people with his magic pot, but he chose not to help because he was selfish and greedy. As a result, bad things happened. In my opinion, I would have done the same thing. It is very humanistic to act this way. However, we need to help people if we are able to help. I kind of liked it, but out of the 5 stories, I would rank this story a 4. I still think The Three Brothers is the best of the Beedle the Bard stories.
