I have no idea what those two accounts have done. Could you not settle this matter by other means? What they did must have offended you a lot!
Any way, I guess it’s partly my bad karma from the past to be punished. I accept my fate. I do believe you are a very kind and generous person at heart as you have helped out friends and many bloggers still.
