That was actually sweet and you wore green on st patrick so leprechauns cannot pinch you. I play flutes but struggle with concert flute

aww so fun to hear from you @yidneth!! I showed my sister some of your music after I saw your comment yesterday and she was floored! Getting to see your concert was a total highlight of mine from Poland.

It's funny because I've thought about branching out to other styles of flute - but so far have only played a metal, concert flute. Would you recommend any other type of flute for someone to try out if they are used to a concert one?

Have an awesome day! <3

Aww aren't you sweet? :) Well the ones I love the most are the Irish low whistles, though you need to learn the piper grip (I have small hands to play them) the sound is so low, there are alto and even unexpensive cheap tin whistles (barely a few dollars) to start practising then the fingering is the same, they just get bigger and bigger, last week I shared (it's expired now but it's there for you to see if you want) an alto whistle (mid way through high and low) so you can make an idea, will look a video of the low, it's my favourite, I love winds in their bass sounds. I'm now about to get a dizi (a chinese flute) but I can't say how it will go, just love the sound. If you play concert (transverse) flute you may find easier bansuri (bamboo flutes) or Irish flute (like the low D tin whistle but transversely played) :) and you did sweetly. Aww and thanks once more for the compliment about the performance, it was a small humble one yet I had a great time, I'm sad we couldn't hangout more, but there will be more times for it, I think you were travelling with a plushie and I was with 3 rat plushies too they should have taken a plushie gathering picture, I think Katrina ariel also brought a plushie dragon ahahha :) Oh my I write a lot, sorry! hahah
