Some have gotten divorced like ashley and her now ex. As well that nut job enmeshed with mommy colt and larissa and the pd crazy danielle and Mohammed, try to read more info here 90 day fiance the other way. Pao and her husband russ are still together but having issues mostly cuz of her and they recently became parents. One other couple had a baby too. Nicole is still delusional and thinks her and azan are gonna get married etc. I dont know about every couple whose been on show ever but id say some are together and a fair share are not.
