G'day steemit community! Im here to have some fun and answer your fitness questions.

My name is Andy, I've been in the Australian Fitness Industry for about 7 years now. Having worked with HEAPS of clients, managed and operated gyms etc I feel like I have something to offer this awesome community. If you have questions or troubles to do with your fitness journey then id like to offer you my knowledge!
