What is The Best Way For Beginners To Learn HTML and CSS?

Hey Everyone!

The other day I got asked to share some tips on what's the best way to learn HTML and CSS so I thought why not do a video about it.

These are some tips I recommend for beginners and anyone just starting out with web development. The key is to keep trying and stick with it!
