Ok, looks pretty good! But damn! This is not what you should trink after a workout! Its full of sugar and preservatives...
Look at the Almond Milk: per Serving: 60Kcal, 25Kcal from fat, 7g sugar (29% of the whole serving).
Look at the organic protein: per Serving: 150Kcal, 4g fat, 15g carbohydrate
The Almond Butter itself is just fat and sugar.
Vegan does not mean healthy...pls, don't drink this to often!
the almond butter has no sugar, it does have fat but it is healthy fat.
almond milk is also unsweetened and no sugar
organic protein no sugar
the sugar is coming from the banana
it is good after a workout but I see where you are coming from
