In this video I delve into the amazing and versatile organic apple cider vinegar. Lots of studies have shown and acknowledged its numerous health benefits. Notice that I said organic and not synthetic, to reap the health benefits it is advised to use the organic version with the "mother". That is the brown murky substance that contains lots of minerals and other trace elements.
The main active ingredient is called Acetic acid and it has been for ages in a multitude of cleaning activities. Its anti microbial abilities makes it fight bacteria and fungus alike. It can clear acne, dandruff among other skin ailments.
Taken internally it helps with a variety of issues including lowering of blood glucose, aiding weight loss by reducing the amount of fat absorbed in the body. This in turn lowers cholesterol and thus helps with cardiovascular heart conditions. On top of all these, regular consumption is associated with reduced cancers of the digestive system such as stomach, gall bladder, oesophagus and colorectal cancers.
It is therefore beneficial to include organic apple cider vinegar in your health arsenal. In case I forgot any other benefits, please feel free to add them in the comment section below. For a detailed explanation definitely watch and enjoy the video. Thank you for your time.
