RE: DStors Ditches, STEEM Price Explodes Amidst Drama, Day Trading Profits | The Crypt #49

in #dtube6 years ago

The way that steem is so often used as a stepping stone to get exposure for new projects planning to move to another platform is a little concerning to me. I'm not sure who is to blame either. Whether it's the projects themselves or steem for providing a sub-par service with too much money concentrated in too few hands.

It's not a problem unique to steem though. Most cryptos I've been following are being torn to shreds by their own community at the moment due to the negative sentiment toward crypto. Most of the techie guys I see talking about crypto don't have a single good thing to say about any of them. It seems like every project has glaring technical weaknesses and when people aren't whining about them they're accusing dev teams of price manipulation, shady hiring practises and collusion. I imagine if the price was moving in the other direction that would shut up the malcontents almost overnight
