Dtube problems

Hi guys
for a few days I cant upload any video on Dtube it always say "unknown error"
I tried to edit my description but aswell it says unknown error...
Do you guys can help me I havent find a solution yet?!

      For windows you have to press CTLR + SHIFT + N for Mac you press ⌘ + SHIFT + N
