Here is a checkmate challenge set by Bobby Fischer in his book, "Bobby Fischer Teaches Chess."

I made this video in response to a request for help in explaining the solution by a Japanese beginner student of mine. We are working our way through the Japanese version of "Bobby FIscher Teaches Chess," which is titled "Chessu Nyumon" i.e. "An Introduction to Chess."

The Bishop on g3 is the key.

The scenario is taken directly from Bobby Fischer's game against Raymond Weinstein in the 13th US Championship in 1960. You can follow the whole game on Chessgames.com:
