dtube upload stuck at the encoding process

Hello everyone i recently registered on steemit and was starting to upload on dtube my videos, on my second video after it's done with uploading doesn't go any further and is stuck on the encoding process.

Does anyone know if it's normal or if i just have to wait? I tried to upload it twice already.
