Lets hope it will happen in 2019. And still, I personally think its gonna happen in 2020 in the beginning or middle of it.
It`s the 3rd bear market for crypto and it should be almost 2 years if the data I was checking a few weeks back is correct. The last one lasted 1 year and some months I think 3 but not quite sure.
Anyway, we all know that crypto will go up again at some point at good projects like Steem will be highly appreciated from the communities!
