Dtube Unknow Error While Uploading the video

Today I signed in d-tube with my steemit account. After then I wanted to upload a video in d-tube. That file size was around 440 MB. Iwhen it was uploading then i took a snap pic and uploaded that snap pic.after completing uploaded the full video when i pressed submit button it saw me some error called unknown error.

I tried 5 time all day long but don't get success.

What can i do now???
