While more expensive gear can be nice to own gear does not make the image. You can have the most expensive gear in the world but if you dont know lighting, composition and how to use the tools then it will still look like crap. I have suffered from gear buying before too (sounds like an illness haha) but as long as you know your craft even the cheapest gear can make amazing content.
