I welcome you all to week 6 of the engagement challenge, following all the topics I can recommend this teaching to continue as it's helpful to us . As a business person my ideas and plans for my business is how and when to expand it , putting this in consideration I will like to answer the questions below.

1st Section: Are you planning any expansion of your business

The growth of my business is very important to me , of course I have plans of expanding my business to what everyone will like, the world has gone digital, alot of people don't like stress all they want to is to pay for services and it will be delivered to them at their doorstep, I want to expand my provision, foodstuffs business into a one stop shopping mall. With 24 hours customer service patronage.

2nd Section: If you are trying to expand your business, what are your strategies?

In a bid to expand my business I have put so many things into consideration.

  • Natural growth. I'm making sure that I grow naturally without too much loans and grants which may in future become a setback or a burden to my business, hence I'm maintaining my finances and my gain to grow my business so that my expansion idea will be fruitful.

  • Good customer service relationship. Having customer is good but maintaining them is most important, without having good customer service relationship my expansion idea maybe hindered, therefore I crown my customers, I retain them by providing the services that they need, with this they can look for my goods anywhere I am.

  • Daily savings. Savings is good no matter how little, I have been saving from my existing business, this strategy is what I learned from my previous place of work which was successful for the business, I borrowed the idea in making sure my expansion idea will be smooth.

No man is an island, involving professionals is necessary, they can help with other ideas that will be useful for the business.

3rd Section: Are you paying attention to your customer service or planning to provide better service?

Currently, I have a business line where my customers can reach me, I have been making sure the line is available for , inquiries compliment and complain. I have been very polite in communicating with them, I have an example, someone came looking for something from my store unfortunately mine was out of stock I directed him to check the next person he vowed not to buy something from the next shop because of the woman's attitude towards others, i picked out some point from what he said, As time goes on I will provide box for customers that may want to be anonymous

4th Section: Do you and your crew understand how to work with customers

I'm working as person, my business is still growing soon I will have crew members. I pay close attention to my customers, I try as much as possible to understand their worries and possibly proffer solutions to them.

I appreciate my customers with extra things like sweet or chewing gums.

Satisfying my customers is my number one goal, as such I don't compromise in providing inferior things that will bring complain. Rather I go for the best despite the price and people that understands the quality are satisfied and they appreciate my efforts.
