1st Section: Are you planning any expansion of your business

Well!!!!! As a business woman I always wanted to expand my business in a way it can better grow, because we are living in digital era where World is more comptetion. Hence everyone wanted the best level of services without any delay.

For example when I ordered cloth from website I wish I get fast delivery but sometimes it takes a week which is annoying for me, when I keep idea of expanding my business I keep in mind fast delivery of orders to customers without any delay.

In expanding business of course I need more investment but I wish I move smooth and steady without taking loans just expand my business on the bad is of trust of customers which are real strengths for me.

2nd Section: If you are trying to expand your business, what are your strategies?

Yeah!!! I have few strategies for expansion of my business.

As I mentioned above business can grow with customers trust and support they are main power for me because I could keep myself in depression. So, my first strategy is to build the customers trust anyway because it would really helpful for me to expand my business.

Keeping record of what I invested and how much is profit, it would helpful for me to know what I am earning and how should I used for next investment. Sometimes we are investing total money and didn't know where we are standing. This strategy would help me in expanding my business within my own profit limit.

Hence delivery to the customers is main criteria in growing business because everyone wanted better services, this become the source of increasing good reputation among customer and in my view its key of expanding my business just automatic.

Better promotion of business though marketing is best strategy but why not I rely on customers care which is basic key for expansion of my business.

3rd Section: Are you paying attention to your customer service or planning to provide better service?

Well!!!! Of course I am providing them better services and in my view its the ultimate rule of a good business person who must consider their customers.

Their review is highly valuable for me and through the outcomes of customers I am just in position I expand my online business otherwise perhaps I couldn't get it soon.

I never talk them harshly anyway because I thought the customers has complete freedom of sharing their ideas and point of view so I give them best services.

4th Section: Do you and your crew understand how to work with customers

Of course, this the foremost important things to be consider in successful business how we deal with customers and I understand it and my crew also.

Because we have to move with our customers and their care and dealing is valuable for me, I announced offers and surprise for them which gave them more confidence and happiness too and they come again and again.

If customer is not in my confidence how I can grow my business and move ahead so my success is my customers and my dealing with them is very polite.
