Hello friends and welcome to my article in the SEC: S20/W3 I would be dropping my article and I do hope we enjoy every bit of it. May the best contestant win the challenge.


Customer Support

Customers are crucial in every business. There is a popular saying that the customers are always right They crucial in any business because they remain the yardstick to measuring success and failure in your business. The customers are the rating and a good customer service would imply a reoccurring patronage. The customer emotions most definitely must be caressed fondly.

Moreso, in situations where an issue escalates beyond the business due to network issues of issues beyond the service provider, it's crucial that personal approach towards customers would go a long way in affecting their psychology about the brand. Picture a scenario; in my POS business a transfer is made to my account and the money is yet to reflect, the customer gets debited and annoyed, i must try hard to calm these clients down while caressing their emotions, apologize for circumstances beyond my control and try to cheer them up till it gets resolved.

Importantly, you can aid the customers relax during the visit to your business through great offers, discount deal and other attractive bonuses. All these goes a long way in stabilizing the customers and making them enjoy services rendered to them. Beautiful and cordial relationships with customers enable them turn reoccurring clients , above all efficiency in business can never be over emphasised.


Professional Hiring

Professional Hiring is a function of the growth in your business. I plan on expanding my business having multiple branches of my POS quarters in the market. Therefore, competence in accountability and socialization with customers is key to growing your business. A good sales representative who possesses eloquence and great communication skills is needed. These customers need to be actively engaged in discussions during each transaction. Good qualities like smiling, adequate sense of humor, emotions speech and great speed to deliver when necessary is need by the sales representative.

Moreso, growing my business is paramount. If this business grows it would be inevitable to have to hire. Good attitude to work, work ethics such as punctuality, decency amidst other qualities must be present. We must try hard to ensure that these professional workers possess self control against infuriation from customers which is somewhat inevitable. This values would thus entail that the hired personal is indeed a professional.

Expansion Plan

Expansion is definitely needed in every business, therefore I would come up with approach towards expansion. Proper profit utilization is a major approach. Making profits in my business is quite frequent s I would try maximizing it by providing major needs and avoiding ravish spending. In course I time you definitely find yourself getting up to the top , this expanding in the process.

Moreso, other plans of expansion are definitely expressive. I would definitely open an account which I would label my company brand account. I would save off profits from the proceeds and after annual stock being taken I would definitely grow and expand my business from the saved profits. This is my major approach towards expansion.

Importantly, I would have a financial officer in charge of my normal account, giving me a weekly breakdown of my expenditures in relation to my profit and savings too. He would guide me to growing my business and this expansion would definitely be seen from the business.


Aggressive or soft marketing

Soft marketing would definitely be a basic approach towards my customers. I would definitely have a business card which would be give to those customers when the visit. This would be a approach towards credibility and keeping in touch. This would be a reminder to them whenever they need to visit.

Sumptuous offers and discount prices would be labeled on my products and brand. Good mouth watery offers to make these customers reoccurring visitors. Humans are naturally greedy, What is in it for me? Am I getting more than I'm paying for? You have to structure the business in such a way that the clients feel you are giving so much any amount and he is unarguably on a greater profit at the receiving end. Make them feel the discount is makes them cheat you, that's an inclination into soft marketing.

Picture the scenario, you want to sell a phone to a customer, you tell them that there is a bonus offer which is a power bank, they would get excited to have a phone with a power bank. You can add the price of the phone due to the power bank, but once you tell the price they feel they are getting more from you and feel you are cheated , but in this way you get more clients and grow business. Amidst all this strike a balance in order to keep maximizing profit.

Finally, billboards advertisement, interesting copy letters, online ads and all other advertising medium can attract the attention of clients, develop interests in their minds and emphatically spur them to taking action towards participating in your business.
