This is really helpful to me because I am guilty, I always procrastinate. Something I am meant to do in an hour I will find myself doing it in a week. I guess I will follow your list and try having a 5 minutes exercise when I am all blocked out or feeling lazy so my brains would reboot and I will be focus. Thanks so much, you are a life saver
