The overall character of this piece responds vaguely to Nicholas Phillips' suggestion: playful/childish outbursts, in the form of "heckler chords" or "bad hombre-like non-chord tones". The title depicts a surrealistic, clownesque, ridiculous situation; a dream for some and a nightmare for others.
