Thank you for this. I found this quite funny and entertaining. I have been finding myself hung up with judgements, especially negative ones in situations with people who have caused me a great deal of emotional and spiritual difficulty. When we come from a place of observation rather than judgement it is much easier to stay in a neutral space rather than get caught in an emotional mess.
