Dream, Plan, Execute
Not to long ago I dreamed of opening a store. It started as a more of a hope, but then became a full fledged dream. Then with some serious planning that dream turned into reality. From there it took serious execution to survive and now thrive. We opened the doors just 2 days before a 10 week mandatory lockdown to the covid. No business plan is designed to pay rent, utilities, insurance, and so forth without income. Yet my Dream was strong enough that we stayed fluid and adjusted with the times to make it all work. Now coming up on our 1 year anniversary we are doing great!
For those who have a dream that is not enough. I know that so many have told you to dream big and good things with happen, but that is bullshit. Plain and simple it's only the start to the process.
Yes your Dream is step 1, but without then creating a tangible plan to achieve your dream it's nothing and never will come to be.
So you have a dream and a plan...so what. That isn't enough to achieve anything either. No you have not actually done anything yet, your work has yet to begin. Now is the time for ACTION. You need to Execute your plan that is designed for you to achieve your Dream. For without Action nothing happens. Do you realize how many dreams with amazing plans die due to inaction?
Once it's time to execute your plan you need to go hard with everything you have. A Dream worth achieving will take hard work and dedication like you have never done before. Real Dreams, the ones that can change your life require your commitment. They require you to check all excuses at the door. They require effort even when you are tired, feel defeated, sore, mentally exhausted, sleep deprived, and your back is against the wall.
Execution alone doesn't matter as you will give up when things get hard. That is why your Dream is so powerful. Your Dream is to keep you motivated during the time of execution so it better be an amazing Dream.
You can't win without a Powerful Dream, Perfect Plan, and Amazing Execution. Not one of these parts will ever get you far in life, two of them don't cut it, no you need all 3.
