Hoshasen
A villain for another story I made. 
As the cousin of the main character, his main goal is to bring his cousin back home. He doesn't know why he abandoned the small town excluded from industrial areas, but he is convinced it was by the influence of the main city.
Ps. I probably wont give each character a description in future posts.
