Voted for Eat less caffeine and alcohol,Reducing the use of smartphones at night.

I am a coffee drinker, but when I stopped I sleep so much better and feel more rested! Sadly I cant resist the coffee long term lol.

Also not using smart devices late at night will help with sleep!
