One of my key goals for the year is to reduce out 'stuff' - plenty of ways to go.

We use Freecycle to get rid of quite a few things. They go to a wanted home, and it is a great way to build local contacts.

    I've used free cycle before, it's very handy! Great idea!

      I used them a few years ago when I left UK, they were brilliant. Posted on Friday and everything was literally gone on Sunday morning, including all my Country Walking magazines that I collected over 2 years. Really chuffed they went to a good home

        Even in our rural area, Freecycle is still quite effective. I would imagine in cities it is even better.
