Dopamine Withdrawal Day
I consciously abused dopamine.
Every day, we are overly stimulated by the flood of information coming from all directions, which leads to the standards of being interesting and entertaining constantly rising, because we soon think that something is not stimulating enough and thus lose interest in it. In this way, our ability to concentrate declines more and more rapidly. In this way, we will easily feel bored and be unable to calm down to solve the problems we encounter.
So, we can try to give up dopamine on a certain day, for instance, by not playing with electronic products or drinking coffee, and just taking a walk, meditating or contemplating. It's just a simple way to empty our minds.
