There's a lot of them that do the same thing. They mostly spam the wherein community too, hoping to catch one of their autovotes.
If you're ever considering supporting somebody, then take a look to see if they're in WhereIn and then you'll know that they're just fishing for votes that they don't deserve.

Without a doubt! In all likelihood, a large proportion of those posts / accounts are account / reward farming!
So the people who ultimately prompted this conversation are also contributing to the problem.
