The point was to just link to the source, the one I listed also featured the text you posted word for word and in the order that it was written...
You just have to enter the first few words of this post into Google search and the first result is the link @fingolfin posted in the above comment. Word for word, in exactly the same order as "you wrote" here, @fingolfin is absolutely right.
I am tempted to flag this for plagiarism.
