People should really adopt animals more. I believe animals understand us in a way different than what normal humans do. These animal are pure and will do anything just to see their friends happy. I salute you for adopting Jubilee @tygertyger. She has found family. God bless your soul :)

Poor dog, you can see the suffering in her eyes... here take my upvote and buy him some food
Jubilee is a she and she has been with me for a long time but yes her beginnings were really hard as were those for most of the fur people under my care humans can suck big time.)
Fixed the he for a she
Yeah i see that a lot, a had a classmate that adopted a pitbull from fight clubs, the poor dog was scared of humans all the time, and you can guess what he did to other dogs as soon as he saw them. i would say humans are animals, but i would be insulting animals
Most of my dogs are from fighting rings I used to rehabilitate them. Your friend needs to go to a rehabber there is a lot that can be done in most cases.
She is a great rehabber, unfortunately, i only spoke to her 1 year before she finished the degree, i don't know what happened to the dog, but hopefully, she was able to rehab it
