Only DLive's Community Admins, Managers or Helpers get huge upvote value?

Hey! My name is Red Ping. I am new to the DLive platform, I've been following DLive and watching streams for more than 2 weeks now and I just got my account approved 3 days ago.

I have read about DLive somewhere here on Steemit, I don't remember where I found it, but I read it. It tells about a platform that is better than twitch. So I tried it right away.

For 2 weeks of reading posts and watching streams, I saw huge amount of rewards on a streamer's post, and with that I know that it will be a perfect opportunity to earn and invest.

But this...

It seems like @dlive is only favoring those who somehow has a position on the community. Is it not unfair? Some streamers posts good content but only get $30-$45 upvote, and take note that I find their content very entertaining too.

I'm not saying that our Admins/Managers/Helpers are not producing good content nor saying that their content is over rewarded. They do have quality streams which is enjoyable too. I'm also not here to bitch about the reward system, I just found this quite intriguing.

But I swear to do my best to produce the best content too!

PS. I don't hate you @dlive, I am actually thankful for the platform. But please notice us small streamers too! :)
