Hi Guys,

This VLOG covers my first week back from a 2-week business trip in the U.S.

This inspired me to focus on commenting on achieving Work Life Balance as that is always front and centre for me, especially when I've been away from my family for so long.

I hope you find this useful and by all means please leave your comments below. Particularly if there is something about entrepreneurship that you would like me to cover next time.

Take care,

Alan

Nice ..
Really important words, thanks for the tips
Great post from you
Thanks for sharing..

Enjoyed the vlog, followed:)

Work-life balance is an ongoing challenge for me. I have so many different projects that I want to pursue, but only so many hours in the day. Family time is first, and while I never regret the time I spend with family, I still get frustrated when other work isn't progressing fast enough.

Hi @jmjury, you're not alone in thinking that. You are of course right to put your family first always.

In terms of the different projects you want to pursue, my advice would be just pick one and get on with it and see where it goes. In terms of you time, this post might be useful.

Good Luck!

Thanks for the advice, @nalabra, and the link to the 5 Ways to Protect Your Time post -- all very useful tips. I'm doing 1-3 fairly well, but need to seriously work on 4 and 5. I get you with just picking one thing but man it's hard for me.

Hi Alan. I was not able to watch the vlog but I already like the way you are thinking. You got a new follower. !

Entrepreneurship is the new way out of lack and poverty....though it takes some effort, its rewards are great! I enjoyed the vlog though i didn't finished it. Good luck @ nalabra.followed

Thanks @emmadivine and good luck on your entrepreneurial journey!

Inspired by your vLog. Still working on getting mine together! I enjoy following your story.

Thanks for the feedback @sutter. Good luck on the VLOGing!

Thanks for the wonderful advice! I've found (being an entrepreneur) it is VERY easy to work all of the time. I have had to make a conscious effort to spend more of my time NOT WORKING. Ultimately it has improved my life, and my success at work. :) Make sure to give yourself some love folks.

yes it's very easy to fall into the 'work' trap @icosandwhich. Trust me, I've been there!

Thanks for sharing this with the community. It always nice to read something that is done with passion.

thanks for the positive feedback @lix
