This is the Video I took when I first joined with the Steemit Meet UP. That was the Sixth Meet Up already and there are only few people around. After 2-3 months the meet up is getting bigger and a lot of young people coming in to join to the Steemit Community.

It was a very pleasant community where my first impression was so good and I thought that this is a perfect community for people kind and friendly people but as time goes by the environment changes. From the very active community in Cebu Ph that was filled with some activities and active group chats, now it turned out so into silence and I no longer heard of any meet up or update.

Of course, there is no perfect community unless all members are patterned to a the same mindset but even doing so, it is impossible to happen. A community will not able to stand firm when leaders are not fully equipped with genuine principles to run and manage the swarming crowd.

And one of the reality is that in every group and every community there will always be a struggle for personal interest and singularity of each member. People will tend to become greedy and start to corrupt whatever they can grab on for themselves. Well, besides this reality the power is always within each one of us. And the will-power to lead remains unpredictable. The best thing we can do and all those who are genuinely working with the community is to keep on honning the good attributes to bring inspiration to other people.

Always, inspire others instead of discouraging them. Bring Good Vibes and Invite Positivity and ignore Negativity.
