The amount of tourists that comes here is staggering. I thought this place wasn't popular enough for it to be mauled with overseas visitors.

I must say though that I don't see much western folks around these parts. It is not widely known after all. There are lots of bargain to be had here and you have to know how to barter with the locals. The trick is not to negotiate early in the morning, so coming here later in the day is a good strategy. Although it's hot, the locals are less grumpy.
