I do not pay much attention to Google trends anymore as many of those searches from December will not come back and the trend will only represent new people interested in Bitcoin. Also, as Bitcoin has gotten so popular, there are more sources of information that may be accounted for ib these searches.

I'm not sure if it is not all a con and that those with the big money are pulling the strings. China has banned it and if the rest of the countries do then that is it.
